Nanook Expeditions, based in the Ottawa area, offers paddling experiences throughout Ontario. We offer Paddle Canada certified courses and paddling clinics to help you improve your paddling skills as well as exciting, guide-led expeditions for families, friends and Corporate groups.
Join us for the 2024 summer season to further your paddling skills at our paddling school! In addition, we offer our outdoor adventure trips combining paddling, camping and tasty meals with our experienced guide-instructors.
This year we have added 2 new programs – Wednesday evening clinics for both sea kayak and SUP, and an expedition to Phillip Edward Island on Georgian Bay.
Paddling Courses at Nanook Expeditions focus on both in-class and on-water instruction to ensure you are prepared to make the most of your paddling experience. Our instructors are experienced in kayaking, SUP and tripping, and will help you achieve your certified designations in both paddling skills and wilderness camping.
Guide-led Expeditions allow you to practice your newly acquired paddling skills, or add to your tripping skills as part of the expedition experience. Or perhaps you just want to enjoy the outdoor experience – paddling during the day and gathering around the campfire at night. Either way, we can tailor the expedition to meet your needs.
